I started as a Compliance Executive and progressed through Compliance Analyst, Compliance Manager and Senior AML Administrator roles. I also spent a year as a Trainee Compliance Consultant at Peacock Risk Management, where I first looked at compliance frameworks from a consultant's side of the table rather than an employee's. Most of my career has been in legal services, holding AML and compliance roles at Horwich Farrelly, Gunnercooke and Fieldfisher.
